DEFECTIVE MILITARY EARPLUGS CAUSE HEARING LOSS AND TINNITUS

3M recently settled a False Claims Act lawsuit with the United States Justice Department for $9 million which alleged that 3M and its predecessor knowingly sold defective combat ready dual ended earplugs to our military between the years of 2003 and 2015. The settlement does not compensate the veterans who have hearing loss or tinnitus caused by the defect. We are handling these claims.
